:ghug: for Shoma. Looking at his ankle in the video where he's on the sofa makes me glad he didn't compete at WTT. Get better Shoma!!
Stephane is bringing Team Champery to Japan in the Spring so by then I hope Shoma is well enough to practice new programs (very lightly).
I'm not sure if you're referring to the tape on his ankles? He is supposed to wear that tape...Tape or no tape, I sure missed him at WTT this weekend.

I mentioned in my thoughts about WTT thread that I missed Shoma at WTT. Not that everyone there didn't do a great job but I was looking forward to seeing him in a fun atmosphere to end the season. Sigh.
His ankle looked irregular to me, for want of a better word. Might have been swollen from the injury.

Well based on how he landed it’s no surprise that his ankle swelled up. His ankle was completely bent when he fell. It looked like it hurt so bad.

Our very own Dr. Hronop (whom we don't see here too often anymore) did a wonderful post about Shoma's Mea Shomenta program.

It may well be your gif, actually - I think I downloaded one of the gifs from this forum. Let me know if you're fine with that and want me to credit you in the essay -- will gladly do that.

Thanks for posting this link here, Arriba!
This program deserves so much more than this little analytical etude of mine, but I am happy to contribute something! Kenji's Oboe and Shomenta are truly wonderful pieces of art.

Your efforts and the time you put into your analyses and your great love for Shoma are always appreciated! You are missed here. Hope you are doing well!
