This is just talk someone made up, probably to persuade the 2 into reuniting again. Nevermind Elena, I don't even think Nikita wants to get back with her. Just look at the recent interviews that they've done, I don't think a partner switch is on their minds.

I also think Elena is poised to do at least as well at this EC as she ever did there with Nikita, in all thier years of partnership. The highest they ever were was 4th. She and Ruslan are on track to meet or beat that at the moment- but even if they don't, it's only their first year together.

Look I don't think I/K ever got so high a TES ever at EC. They have never done a SD as well as I/Z just did at EC. The FED should sources should just take all this talk and stuff it. Puhlease, why would she ever go back to INCONSISTENT NIKITA? RUSLAN is going to be SOO GOOOOD!!!
Yeah I feel like after that short dance, Elena has no reason to be thinking about leaving Ruslan. They made the grand prix final on their first season, they won Russian nationals and with that score I think they are suddenly in the mix for a world medal this year. Granted we still have to see P/C and C/L in the SD and we'll see how those three teams stack up... but they just improved their personal best by 5 points. At this point that's the second highest short dance score all season.
