Saw both Vise/Baldwin and Davis/Ladwig in Salt Lake at the senior B. It will be interesting to see if they have made progress since then. Vise/Baldwin had a good free program there.

I hadn't seen Vise/Baldwin before. They seemed slow and deliberate.
He definitely looks like his brother.

It was a loop - very nice. They do skate better in the free program. They don't go for all the difficulty but they skate better. This time even the opposite spins and jumps looked fine.

I think they have a lot of room for improvement, but also a lot of potential. I enjoyed their side by side spins actually- they were slightly distracting to me because I'm not used to it but I admire them for trying different things.

Davis/Ladwig reminded me a lot of how they did in Salt Lake. A lot of things have not jelled yet. Not sure if they have a future or not. I think Vise/Baldwin will once again be ahead of them

Scary on that Davis/Ladwig lift. Glad he was able to grab her and get her down safely. This was more than an awful program--I'm just not seeing these two with a future as a pair team. And it's not me pining for Amanda Evora again (though I do miss her).

I don't know. I do think it is too soon to tell for sure. I feel really bad for them right now though.

Davis just looks a bit too big for Ladwig. On another note, I'm liking this French team. Haven't seen one I did like since Abitbol/Bernadis.

She has a pretty position in the lifts. Neither one can jump very well.
