I can't get the stream to work on my Mac

I'm using a Mac too. My browser is chrome, so I downloaded the extension like the website said and then the N Live Cast software (it's small in size, and secure). The prompts in the video window should be in English, they were for me. At first I was like "this isn't working" but that was because I hadn't downloaded and installed NLiveCast.

The stream isn't working on my computer either. I'll try my phone and if that doesn't work then I have no choice but to give up.
