Stars On Ice 2018 Tour - US

I'm disappointed the tour isn't coming to Ohio at all :( Hasn't been here in years, but I was hoping it would be expanded, since this is an Olympic year. Also surprised that Meryl and Charlie are the only retired skaters doing the tour.

travel maybe? Many people have to in order to see the tour. There are dates in Western PA, Detroit and other parts of MI, etc.
I do agree about the lack of pros other than D/W. If they honestly wanted to make this a true Olympic team only tour they should have nixed D/W for C/B who are now the only Olympic team members (other than the Kneirims but pairs are a whole other story with this tour), that aren't there.

They're each skating one of their Olympic season competitive programs and then an exhibition program, with some group numbers thrown in.
Meryl and Charlie are of course just doing two show numbers, as is Mirai.

Wondering if anyone knows if Ashley is performing her La La Land program? I would love to see that one.

A poster on FSU who attended last night’s show said she was doing LaLa Land.

Evidently the finale is from Dear Evan Hansen, which may explain why Jason switched that out:)

Thanks el henry and Ic3Rabbit - I’m really looking forward to Ashley’s La La Land then (and her gorgeous lavender dress, if she’s wearing it).

Madison had ankle surgery, that most likely explains why C/B aren't on the tour https://www.instagram.com/p/BhRgN-ihlyb/?taken-by=chockolate02

It's actually a peach/nude color that fades into a mauve at the skirt. ;)

both are ugly, I wonder who is in charge of designing them and why does he/she hate figure skaters so much? :frown: :p

Ok first of all the older outfits they keep recycling are legendary designer Jef Billings who passed away. They haven't been able to find someone since that is his level, I wish they would ask Lisa McKinnon.

The ugly one I posted from last year was a designer they brought on at the last minute and their stuff was fugly.

The ones you posted from the opening number are actually really eye catching (in a good way) and go with the opening number very well.

I know she did and found out right after that post.

.

Maybe you are right, I have not seen the number yet, but in that photo they do not catch attention in a good way.

Just had my first rehearsal!! I don't know if I'm allowed to discuss it, but it went really well, and I'm excited for the next one!
