This cover of Viva La Vida never gets old for me. IMO it's better than the original. The soloist is great and the backup is perfect.

IIRC, someone skated to VLV about 10 years ago, maybe more. I sure would love to see a skater use this version.

A home-made taping (my daughter is a violinist) so I can't post it anywhere, but I was just listening to a copy she sent me of a Saint-Saens' Danse Macabre rehearsal. I wondered if any ice dancers are going to use that for their waltz RD next season !
