WHO WILL GO TO DORTMUND

IRINA SLUTSKAYA IS INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION FORM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ON FIGURE SKATING

And it while the biggest surprise, in fact Irina long and seriously was ill, in one tournament of this season did not participate yet. But, apparently, illness behind. World champion - 2002 of year strenuously trains and even has prepared new programs - short and any.

If I understand this correctly, this means she IS going to be there? I hope this is her decision (not her federation's) and that it's the right one- in other words, she is not risking her health or anything.

Peaches - I find it so difficult to put them in order.

The top 6 even at their best, it will be a scrambled decision by the judges. And the remaining 4 are powerful enough to upset the applecart.

I cheerfully admit to being a Michelle Kwan fan. That said, I hope that Irina Slutskaya is trruly well and healthy if she competes at Dortmund. They seem to bring the best competition/rivalry to the field (IMHO).

As for the other 8 - I agree with the order of all of the previous posters.

I think anyone I pick for the top 10 has the potential to be World Champion. Given the 2002 Olympics it could be anyone from the top 5, but I would always place my vote with Kwan. She has proven to be consistent over the years.
