Who Do You Think Will Win Worlds (Women)

I have a feeling about Sasha, too. Last year she won everything in sight, but then fell just short at the big show. This year she has had nothing but problems so far. She is "due" for the skate of a life-time!

It's interesting that in Michelle's case, she is the only female skater to reclaim her title 3 times. Being the fact that she didn't retain her title last year, I think she's overdue for reclaiming it again this year. In most cases, I don't like to make predictions but why not now? Just basing it on Michelle's history and consistency, I'd put my money on her over Irina although I do think it will be close between them. Just as long as Michelle does fine in the QR and nothing goes wrong in the short, I'm pretty confident she'll be able to set herself up for the long, which she hardly has a problem with.

who will win Worlds

Michelle is my all time favorite, but I'm not sure if she's going to be able to pull it off this year. Irina is looking great. But, if the results could be the way I WANT them to be (but, not what I think is going to happen) it would be Michelle, Irina and Sasha, in that order. But, my prediction is Irina, Michelle and Arakawa. But, one never knows (esp after that qualifying round) Michelle could fall out of contention completely and Sasha might actually pull off a clean skate (we shall see). Then, I think it would be Irina 1st, Sasha 2d and that 3d spot would be completely up for grabs.
