Worlds: Unofficial ranking by country.

I saw this ranking before and decided to update it with 2016 Worlds results.

All the Worlds where TES were required are calculated, so we can compare the 5 year trend per country.

How it works.
Only the top result from each country from all 4 categories is assigned points.
You get 1 point for 24th place up until 24 points for 1st place.
No points are assigned for 25th place or below.
In case of ties, a country that placed in more categories ends up higher.
In case of further ties, a country that placed in a discipline with more entrants ends up higher.
In case of further ties, a country that placed higher in previous Worlds ends up higher.
