While I can enjoy many levels and styles of skating I find nothing wrong with saying my favorite is a little gymnastic freak with the ability to steal your heart. edit: also, we should keep in mind that of the other russian ladies who are apart of this 'wave' who are older or same age (elena, eliza, anna) have not anywhere near matched success of yulia (despite ogm). in other words, yulia so far seems to be atop this wave, and therefore perhaps most talented competitor. elena beat her as a junior, but yulia was in her growth spurt. will be curious to see if elena comes out like yulia this year.
