Someone on twitter said, that Yulia said about Adam: Someone give him the broom from Kolyada's EX :laugh: (because Adam said, that he's like a witch).

In brief :)
Yulia praised Boyang after FP very much, said that he was such a fighter. Supposed that not really successful performance of Nathan in FP was concerned with looooong waiting and nerves, but liked his SP. Paid attention, that S/M had some unclear issues with jumps, but hoped that they would be able to fix them soon and said lots of positive words about their programs (FP especially), pair elements.
 
Considering that Match TV decided not to cover any of Grand Prix events after Rostelecom, it was an extremely good timing for Yulia to appear as a commentator :)
I guess now there are no other options to watch GP in Russia but to watch Telesport and Yulia commenting :thumbsup:

Denis made a joke about Wagner leaving the ice during her FS that "probably she forgot to switch off the iron in her room". Yulia said "Not funny". Denis tried to explain it as "a sort of dark humor", then Yulia got angry and gave him a telling-off for joking about skaters' injuries.
There was also an incident at one of the previous events when Denis said some nonsense about Brown, because he had read a wrong tab on his screen, as he later explained. (He then apologized for that, and Yulia apologized for him, too).

But don't be too hard on Denis, folks, - except for these two blunders, he is mostly very nice to all skaters and admires them genuinely. :)
 
Yep, yulia and Denis are very good at commenting
(better than TAT for sure, even if its for not talking during performances)
 
I think it's cool she stood up for Ashley even though I think Denis was probably just trying to be funny. She won't have any of that at another skater's expense though and that's awesome :agree:

Obviously she can relate but what is so great about her is that she seems to be one of the most in touch commentators with the rules and what the judges look for. It's really interesting to read her words because she sort of tells it from the mind of someone who has lived the current trends and not someone who just discusses it. She has really increased my enjoyment of the sport which I was beginning to fear I was losing interest in.

That's not true...Eurosport showed most of the GP. And Sergei Voronov was a co-commentator at the events he wasn't skating in.
