We've seen him in multiple tones of blue costumes, and also magenta. As for the color green, it might actually work and look good! He should totally go for it!

Wow, that's a great design and you're right that bling-bling and frills are (ahem) a must for a Yuzuru costume. Agree that blue suits him but it should be as good as the Etude one. Re silver/white, he might end up blending with the ice ...unless embellished with a lot of colorful sparkling stones (see R & J2 costume).

If Plushy really wanted to coach Yuzuru, I bet the Russian Federation would do anything bad to a great skater, a national hero like Plushy at least, who decided to retire. But well, if that scenario had happened, we would have seen the kid perform a quad long program without any transition and beautiful moves. His TES would be 130 but his PCS would be 60-70 at most. And he would definitely need an oxy tank right after the performance.

Opening Narration:
Yesterday as part of the ice show in Nagoya yesterday the athletes all stepped onto the rink.
With three gold medals shining around his neck, Gran Prix, Olympics and Worlds we see Hanyu Yuzuru.

Yuzuru: I think this was truly a luxurious season for me. But thinking about it, even in the biggest competition, the Olympics, where I got the title, there are still a lot of things to work on and improve especially in the free program. So even though it was a wonderful season, more than that it was a valuable experience for me.

Narrator: First, Hanyu performs his Swan Lake program and for the encore….of course this melody for his world record scoring short program Parisian Walkways. When Hanyu does his trademark final pose, a huge cheer goes up from the audience. Even while showing real credentials as a champion he is already turning his focus to next season.

Yuzuru: No matter that I am Olyimpic champion I want to be the type of athlete who is able to push the sport forward by improving my skating skills and technique.

Lol, I am not Orser fan at the first place. What I was saying is just for comic value. I like Plushy more than you know. For the record I am not a fan of the kid current's long program, it was created by Canadians. But we have PW so I could somewhat forgive them for that.

If you know what I mean, his 1st R&J was such a success thanked to Russian choreographer so of course I would love him to work with Russians again. I hope he will dump David Wilson but the kid seems to like him very much. I am not Tarasova fan but I do respect her talent as a coach. But she is no doubt, a witchlike-godmother to me.

Do I want the kid become the king of quads? Yes. But do i want to see him use oxy tank right after his performance? No. The kid need to improve his posture and stamina first.

Frankly, I like Yuzuru to work with Plushy. Because once and for all, I would love to see Plushenko the King carrying Winnie the Pooh for his student to every competition.

In Shakespeare's play, it was Juliet who stabbed herself, while Romeo drank poison. Actually I blame David Wilson for this as he was the choreographer. But he did try to incorporate the balcony scene in the part after the spin where Yuzuru was looking up and outstretching his hand like Romeo yearning for Juliet who was at the balcony.

For me, his R&J V1.0 is more Romeo-like than his V2.0... maybe the costume and the movements in his V1.0 were sharper and stronger than his 2.0
but that's just my opinion of course

I think Plushy often carries a lot of Poohs and many different toys for his own kids in normal life! No problem to add a Bear to the family!

【Study】
Firstly, Yuzu learns English course through Skype with teachers. It is quite tough to him, as they would talk in English during the class. So he usually prepares the dialogues based on the assignments in advance. When the class starts, he speaks according the content. Besides, there are some free talk time later which pushes him to talk adaptable.
And then, Yuzu has the tough courses of Statistics, Study Skill etc. The latter’s assignments are needed to write essays and reports every two weeks. Although they are not easy, he still can handle them.

【Free time】

With intensive studying and training, there is limited free time to Yuzu.
In free time, Yuzu plays the online games with 3DS and PSP (both are online game machines). Recently, he plays PAD games, as the machine is easy to carry.
Besides, Yuzu love to listen Japanese pop music, and sometimes he sings at bath time.
He seldom watches movies. For TV programs, he likes to watch sports and news. The Open Championship (Golf program) was an example.

Yes... love those photos of Meryl and Charlie and Charlie always looks amazing.

I think one of the many wonderful things about Yuzu is his warrior mentality and presence on the ice. The frilly, more feminine costumes like R&J2 just don't seem to fit that, although I agree that with his body type he looks good in anything.

Evan's costumes designed by Vera Wang are good examples of costumes that would look great on Yuzu. The Johnny Weir designs, which were fine for Johnny, are far too feminine for Yuzu, especially since his body has matured and become more athletic looking in the past year. I vote for Yuzu giving an experienced designer like Vera a chance to to come up with something amazing for next season.

It does help that Charlie is sooooo adorable

And even when I love Vera´s costume for Evan I will be a little scared for her going near Yuzuru (still don´t get his relationship whit Evan)

But a more experience designer could do a great job with Yuzuru, he is a good looking boy.

I agree with you and the improvement seems to be related to a helthier condition ( nutrition, personal doctor) , which is the absolute priority to build stamina. When Yuzu first appeared in True Love at the beginning of June , his health had already dramatically improved from London Words in less than 3 months and persisted troughout the season fortunately.

As long as a nutritionist and a personal doctor will take care of him carefully , he can only get better and better because he's growing older and naturally stronger. No zombie Yuzu anymore!
