I hope so too... It'll be a great way to end his GP season, especially after what happened at COC and NHK.

I also hope he won't be too stressed trying to defend his GPF title. He must know that making the GPF and possibly getting on the podium is already a huge accomplishment :)
 
I'm probably going to do homework and then come back when it's time for the men's FP. I'm not sure. But I got totally distracted yesterday. So I gotta focus today.

Yesterday I was so nervous. I had to watch some of it from looking at my mirror cause I was nervous. Then I decided to go back to it and watch it on my phone. I was so happy! He's back to his amazing self!! Can't wait for the FP!
 
Me, I am off to a girls night out... To celebrate finished papers and to celebrate that number one placement. I hope that he holds on to it!!! I told my ladies I will be doing a Cinderella since Yuzuru will be skating... :biggrin:
 
A fan from the facebook group said that he popped that quad sal about 5 times in a row, but the rest of the program was ok. :think:

I saw videos on twitter of his run-through with the music, and he landed all of his jumps perfectly, quad salchow included. That must have been before his music started maybe.
 
Quick stop at the hotel after practice.

There was one jump he missed a couple of times (not sure which one though) but TBH he didn't look all that worried about it. Run through went just fine.


God that Ina Bauer is a thing of pure beauty, there's just no other way to say it. I've always loved that but dear me, that's just so gorgeous to look at live, not sure my heart can take that a second time today.


No costume yet, just training clothes (not that I would mind *coughs*) but I was also wondering which one it will be tonight or if we'll get to see yet another one :biggrin:

Oh my god I'm late in reply on this but yes! If Yuzuru was a super consistent skater I wouldn't be a huge fan to him as I am now. I'm huge fans of skaters who are so inconsistent like when I started watching figure skating I was a huge fan of Sasha Cohen, Midori Ito, and Chen Lu none of them were consistent at all during their time (they had their roller coaster moments) but I was still emotionally attached to them because I went through their ups and downs. I feel the same way about Yuzuru that if he was always consistent I wouldn't be attach to him. I enjoy programs where the skater falls and gets up fighting the rest of the program it's more fun that way oddly :laugh:, I guess that's why I never really been a fan of skaters that nail every time.
However I do want Yuzuru to do his best in every competition and hopefully he does well in the free :cheer2: but everytime he makes mistakes it doesn't disrupt the program and keeps on fighting and that's what I admire about him the most.

Only a few hours left! Aaaaah I need to write an essay, but I'm way too excited to sit down and do research! That LP warm-up run-through was beautiful. Again, it's wonderful seeing what it's supposed to look like with jumps landed with the music. ^^

OK, I'm going to work for a couple of hours and then come back and tie up some loose threads before it starts! *bounces away*
 
Does anyone know what he was drinking during the time he is in Spain so far? It's in a red label bottle, and it doesn't look that clear and colorless so I was thinking it was't water...I kept noticing it then I thought oh, no bottle cover!! That's why I kept noticing this drink! :)
