Yuzuru Hanyu: 2014-15 Season

I think this is a translation of that article.

Hmm...previously Brian mentioned Yuzu lives with his mother while Javi lives alone in an apartment (well, not exactly now on the "alone" part...), just to compare the difference in Japanese culture and Spanish culture. But in this interview it was not addressed to any particular question. I feel a bit odd to emphasize that. Yes we all know Yuzu lives with his mom (and as far as I know Patrick's mom lives with him to take care of him as well), and this is part of our Asian culture, but for those who do not know him well may have the impression that he is a mama's boy.

I would believe it was taken out of context as Brian is so supportive to his students.

Could anyone link me to the video where he does the quad-triple-triple? I heard it was an ex program but I couldn't find it.

He's done a lot of those and you can find it on youtube but this one is 4T-3A-3A-3A. I think he also did a 4T-3A(x4) seq before too, in another show but there was no cameras there lol. He usually does them during the encore and not during the actually EX

What do you mean by "alone"? Sorry if it's obvious, I can be slow:confused:

I guess he said more than that. Orser is very talkative and I am not surprised if he even mentioned all of his previous students and they had to tone it down a bit.
And frankly, there are things Western people might never understand Asians, even if they respect the culture difference since they have grown up with totally different mindset. I think he could ever understand why Yuna left him in the first place. Not that I know the reason, but for sure she's introverted and very sensitive in the Asian way and he could never get it.
Maybe Orser hinted that he has to support Javi much more since Javi does everything on his own and he needs to be pushed to work hard. While Yuzuru has his mother and if he over does himself his mother will take care of him and stop him.

Javi has girlfriends. Currently he is dating Miki Ando.

hahaha you're awesome :agree:...here hoping Yuzu does an epic battle music next season :cheer2:

What happened to his left ankle here so swollen..I think this is when he was 17?

:agree: I would like to see someday Yuzuru in samurai look EX (not sure if he looks good in it or not though ) like this.
I don’t really like the music, but I think their costumes are cool and the samurai battle scene as well.

This is one of his 4T-3A-3A Sequence

Sounds insane :drama:

Ah, right, I know he was dating Miki, but I did not think that she was in Canada with him.

thanks, great interview!!
That time flew so fast! But at some point I understood I was 44, there were some health problems and everything became a routine - getting on a bus, driving into a new city, skating, next city. I was running out of the ideas, I was not able to find an inspiring music... It was too much.

this part is funny, cause he still keeps travelling the world plus he has more things to worry about, so many students, maybe not as physically demanding as before but still its a lot  not that i am complaining, cause they are doing great things at TCC

Almost a year has passed since he got a medal at Sochi. One year anniversary..haha Congrats Yuzu

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched the program. maybe over 80 times. His Sochi gala EX is still My top 3.
