My whole family is praying. One half of us are praying because we are fans of Hanyu, the other half is praying because if Hanyu does badly, we will be very difficult to live with for a few days.
Random question now that the clean Chopin came up. Do you think Yuzuru will repeat any of his programs next season? I mean, he could perform them clean here and let go of them but still, it's not the original layout he had in mind. Maybe he would try to have the original program next season? What do you think?

I need him to bring Chopin back for another season. I know some people want to see as many new programs from him as possible before his inevitable retirement but that program is just too gorgeous to not see again. I think its Olympic season worthy. :yes:

i do hope that he will have new programs for the reason you mentioned haha, there is always EX programs and he can do them at galas
This is my favorite SP. I feel this program is very difficult to execute because of the music & the timing for jumps. He does not have enough time to perfect it this season. Given another year this program would be his one of his legacies like PW, IMO. So yes, I would love that he keeps this for another season.

ITA. I think he can make it a two quad SP for the Olympics.

Nam might be taller but Yuzuru seems to still think of him as the "little brother" judging by the apparent finger poke to Nam's chin, hehe.

I feel it was not so long ago Yuzu was held up by Nan Song like a baby brother. Now he is playing the big brother role with Shoma, Sota, Nam.... time flies.

It'scrazy to say but his quad salchow looks even better than his awesome quad toe
Idk if that would be a rushed change that could make the program more unstable. And he has said that the problem is not actually landing the 4S but landing it at the moment of the competition. But well, if maybe he feels like his 4S is stronger he may go for it, he needs his strongest jumps for the SP as a mistake in a fall could be costly.

Yea, not the best draw for him but I'm glad he's not last. It'll be interesting to see if Denis skates as well as he did at 4CC and if that will put pressure on Yuzu.
Whenever I see Mura (practice and now the draw) I can't help but crack up at his look.

Very nice Newbiespectator ! I pray for him tonight , because tomorow I don't think I will see live his SP. But I think it's a good thing. My heart will thank me.

I don't know if you like this idea- I thought what if everyone would try and show their support to Yuzuru posting with every social media that you have messages related to Worlds and Yuzuru with a unique hashtag? Would you like to do that? I suggest #ISupportYuzuruHanyu. Use it with Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, etc during his competitions days. Would you like to do that? We are so many, not everyone is posting here, many just read - but what if we all could show some love and support with these messages? I'm going to post messages with a hashtag #ISupportYuzuruHanyu starting with tomorrow. Who's with me?
