Really? Hmmm, Although I really wanted him to work with Jeff, I don't want to jump into any conclusions yet regarding his decision since we didn't really got to watch the fully developed POTO. It remained as a work in progress, so maybe this time we'll see how they actually work together when the choreography is complete. Though if Yuzuru chose her again it must mean something clicked with her and his style (Still hoping for a Buttle SP though
)And I hoped so much for Lambiel or Buttle for LP :disapp: Although his Phantom was definitely the best phantom of all, I hope he will get choreo fully up to his skating level as was his short from Jeff

Totally agree. I couldn't have said it better myself. If you stay away from the Fukushima nuclear plant disaster area, you would be safe.
Oh I think the interview was taken earlier so Yuzu should be training there all happy and Poohy. But honestly- Shae-Lynn? Yuzu...:think:

I'm happy that he's going to work with Shae-Lynn again. To be fair, because of what happened this season we never really got to see the full POTO program that was intended. I think in an interview with TSL she mentioned that because of the circumstances, Yuzu wasn't able to go back to Canada for further consultation and tweak the programme. She also mentioned something along the lines if everything was okay, that they might work to get back to the meat of the programme. But they never did get to meet again last season.
So, I'm open to Shae-Lynn's choreography for Yuzu.

Well, to think in a positive way, Yuzu's going to put three quads in his fs next season so he doesn't need so many transitions or complex choreo anyway. Shea Lynn may not be as good as Jeff but surely she's good enough to do a three-quad-simple-transition program:think:

Currently watching the TSL interview with Nam. At around minute 24(ish), Nam is asked about Yuzu and Javi. He mentions that Javi is a funny and goofy guy off and on the ice. Yuzu is the same off the ice, but Nam mentions that once he's in the rink, it's business for him. Also mentions that Yuzu does 40 4Sals and 40 4toes per session.

It wasn't the best LP and it had fewer simple transitions. But as I had said earlier, there were some circumstances that took place which prevented the programme to develop to its full potential.

I am kind of scared what she could suggest him to skate to. Not really a huge fan of her choreos. I dunno...:think:No surprise that his LP will be again by Shae Lynn. Buttle's more detailed and makes more complex programs. This would never work well with a 3 quad LP for Hanyu. Buttle would have to be limited in his creation or Yuzuru would have to bring it to life as well as he does with his SP, and the chances of either one of these two options happening is just little. It wouldn't work great as a partnership.
I didn't find his POTO compelling at all, honestly. I acknowledge his commitment in his performances but overall I didn't think the program had more potentital to begin with. Even if he had performed it while healthy, I doubt it would have changed much ... It doesn't mean though that his next LP by Shae Lynn will be similar. It could be greater, who knows.
I just hope there won't be warhorses for Yuzuru next season, please. Choose your music wisely.
