Yuzuru Hanyu: 2014-15 Season

Judging by some posts on twi/ins there seems to be a banquet that happened last night at the Cricket Club...so far no photo or news of the ninja...

The go-pro might make more sense, initially I thought it was suppose to imitate the horns of rhinoceros beetle or something, since I think he likes bugs

Hi everyone!

I am planning on showing Yuzu's competition program clips in a research methodology course I am teaching (at college sophomore level) in order to demonstrate why sometimes quantitative data (as in the scoring system) are not enough, and why non-numerical data should also be included in research reports. I used to show Michelle Kwan's EX, Fields of Gold for the same lecture theme, but now that I have discovered Yuzu's talent, I simply have to show my students Yuzu's incredible performance.

The hard thing is that, there are way too many clips to show......(and I will still need to lecture), therefore......

I'd like to ask for your vote on one of the two great programs:

1. The RJ 1.0 that won Yuzu his world senior medal at Nice
2. The record-breaking PW that won Yuzu his gold at Sochi

Please vote and maybe say something about why you pick the one.
(I've been unable to decide on which one to show for more than a year. The theme is planned to be taught in less than a week.)

Thank you very much!

Sorry can you explain a bit more on what you mean by citing like how you taught this topic with Michelle Kwan's ex so that I can make a more appropriate decision? (sorry if I'm particularly slow on this)

I vote for Yuzuru's RJ1.0 at Nice.

its new to me haha

Han Yan: lets see whats so special about Yuzuru's waist
Yuzuru: Errrr...
Andrew: Hey Han, Javi is coming !

:slink:

LOLS!

@margarethuililin I'd like to choose RJ 1.0 too, as I am guessing (if i get what you might want) that the way yuzu's RJ 1.0 engraved such a deep impression in our hearts is not because of the score but the emotion and contexts behind the performance! (i don't know if i got you wrong or not)
