I watched it and was really surprised by his comments. I've only watched a few of his videos and it has given me the impression that he is very straightforward with his critics and I thought he would kind of be that way with Yuzuru. But he sounded so pleased with the drama, the jumps and was kind of fanboying over how cute 17 y/o Yuzuru was. Guess there is not much to criticize about that routine!

Yuna : Thank you
Yuna seems so happy to see Yuzuru. And Yuzuru, really, how could she forget you ?
For Tsuzuki sensei, well, basically he said that Yuzuru and Yuna have common point : Yuzuru hates losing (and so is Yuna), they are "complete type" of people. [not sure how to translate the "完全主義者" in english. Someone ? ].
And as Yuzuru, Yuna aims for things and keep going for her goal.
Very rought translation (sorry), but better than nothing, I suppose...

I watched his commentary of Miki Ando and Nam Nguyen. He is quite critical, but I have to say that I agree most of his words...And I am glad that he is fond of Yuzu's performance. :dance:
Hi guys, I've made a HQ clean edit of Yuzuru's Worlds SP, replacing the faulty 4T by the one from GPF. It's not perfect because I'm not great at manipulating colors, but overall it looks quite good.

I think "quite good" is an understatement. it looks so seamless. Thank you for your hard work and sharing with us!
I totally agree with Carol Lane's assessment that this program totally shows a new level of development for Yuzuru as a skater. After this, I don't think he can anymore be simply pigeonholed as a technical skater. Like Patrick, Yuzuru's speed and skating skills give him the time ("so much time" per Kurt Browning) to do justice to the intricate choreography, particularly the majestic step sequence where the Spanish commentators noted every movement has a name, and even add his own personal flourishes.
Full credit also to the choreographer Jeffrey Buttle, who on the basis of this program and Javier's "Black Betty" is my personal pick for IceNetwork 2014-2015 Person of the Year.
She was smiling non-stop. She must've been very encouraged to hear a compliment from Yuzuru.

I think "完全主義者" (or "完璧主義者") can be translated to "perfectionist".
It is someone who sets a very high level goal or standard for himself to achieve and does't allow himself to make any mistakes. (sounds like someone we know,right?)
