This is gold! thanks for sharing  and thanks to the uploader also. number 4 is hilarious  I don't think we have a video of that moment. And the second number four if that's not extremely adorable I don't know what it is

The uploaders will go to heaven and so will you for sharing it here! So many pictures, I personally had not seen many of these. I really like seeing Gala and Gala rehearsal pictures because Yuzu seems to have a blast there, specially at Worlds Gala rehearsal, he seemed so happy and carefree (Though I'm not sure what they were trying to achieve exactly on the 4th picture :laugh2:) . And the close up pictures of his EX are awesome (I know many didn't like FTT costume, but the attention to the details on it is amazing)
Thank you so so much for sharing it!!

Hi, this may seem like a slightly random question, but to anyone in Japan: it was mentioned a while back that the 24 hour tshirt features a smiley drawn by Yuzuru. But actually, the label for the smiley in question says YH x Yuri Chinen. So... who actually drew the smiley?

YH is Yuzuru Hanyu. This drawing is called a collaboration between Yuzu and Chinen Yuri

This year, for 24 hr tv, the theme has the word "tsunagu" in it which means to connect to, tie together, etc. To embody the theme of connecting to the next generation , they used two different groups of idols (instead of the usual one) as this years "main personality" (the host of the show), in where one group is part of the older generation (ages late 30-40) and the other is part of the younger (ages in their 20's) generation.
Accordingly, the smiley faces are drawn in collaboration between a guest (names is shown in initials) and one member of the main personality, connecting on with the connect together theme .

Just a note for those who look up Chinen Yuri (he is in an idol group named Hey! Say! JUMP) , he may seem like a tiny young boy but he is actually older than Yuzu by 1 year.

hamaguri (and whoever else this might amuse)
Sorry, it has nothing to do with Waseda but I remembered I wanted to tell you something...
According to Nomura Mansai fans, Mansai did the Onmyoji pose during the curtain call of his play yesterday. He totally knows what's going on!

Wow! By doing it, he tried to imply that he had known about yuzu’s new program and actually watched his performance! That’s nice! Thank you for sharing.

Thank you shiroKJ for taking the time and trouble to compile and share with us these beautiful shots of Yuzuru. 14 is the foreshadowing of "SEIMEI" for me: after seeing the Japanese team's number at the WTT gala, I felt it's time for Yuzuru to perform a Japanese-themed program, something I have always wanted him to do. And when I saw 19, I felt like Tevye, wondering where has our little boy gone? This is Yuzuru the man.

So he also knows that many people are now going to or have watched his "Onmyoji" movies because of Yuzuru. I did and became a fan of his and his quizzically raised eyebrows. He's so graceful and I particularly like watching how he folds the large sleeves of his kimono in the movies.

Thank you shiroKJ for the pics. They are all nice

By the way, this is the manga that Yuzuru and Oda-kun said they liked, Ojarumaru.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ojarumaru

Ojarumaru is a prince of Heian Period, who time-warped to the present time.

He speaks in the way Heian noble people spoke, like "Maro ga Ojarumaru de ojaru - Boku ga Ojarumaru desu."

I'm sure this is rather exaggerated and not accurate, but as it sounds very amusing for us in the present days, especially for little children, the anime series became very popular. Little children imitated the way Ojarumaru spoke in the kindergarten as well as at home.

Considering Yuzuru's age, he might hava imitated Ojarumaru too

This sport seems to attract dorky people
You can see quad battle at WTT 2015. Yuzu gently prompted Shoma to go (around 3:30-). Of course it was the first time for Shoma to do so in such a big competition and he hesitated. Yuzu encouraged him. After Shoma managed to have landed it, he clapped and admired him.

From TV program of “Kiritoru-TV”

And from the same program. Yuzu responded to the question with his interview.

 Here are some new photo's of audiophile Yuzuru playing with his new Astell&Kern AK240 Gold + headphones. I can't access their blog though....

He said he loved the Gold, and that he really dislikes the color silver....(silver=2nd place?)

Some more photos of Yuzu with his new toys

Sharing this video link of Yuzuru's "Believe" program set to "Clair de Lune" posted by Mathman in another thread: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2uh0ep_y-h-believe-meets-debussy-clair-de-lune_sport. The uploader YzRIKO quite rightly saw how Yuzuru's skating there is like moonlight (literal meaning of the title of Debussy's composition), soft and light.

Not sure if anyone posted this but its a recent clip of Yuzu but I dont know where he is or what he is doing.

He visited elderly people living close to Fukushima in temporary cabins (did I choose the word correctly?). He said after hearing them saying that they really want to come back but there's nothing left there after tsunami hit he had realised the meaning of place where you were born, how it makes you feel safe and comfortable.
My latest blog post. When the pictures of Yuzu's visit to Fukushima came out, I was inspired to write this post.

Recently I've been touched by how despite all the success Yuzuru has achieved, he still recalls the hardships of his hometown and contributes to the earthquake victims; here's to a brief representation of Hanyu and the country he represents, Japan. (posted a long-due fanart I've drawn) ;)

Here's a list of some recent video's from FaOI & DOI 2015

Lol, Yuzuru's like a kid hopping and clapping while watching Bolero

NEW PROGRAM "SEIMEI"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJx0TFAxYlU&feature=youtu.be&ac
Here is a low quality vid of the whole program.

I think it has a ways to go before it's ready, -lacks of bit of substance at the moment.
But I love the Choreo sequence and I think it's GOING to be great.

HD version of SEIMEI from last night

Loving the detail of the costume with some close-up shots. I understand that the white/silver on competition ice may blend in too much, but I hope it doesn't change too much.

I just read a tweet reporting DOI that other skaters including Yuzuru were watching Hiroaki Sato's Borelo at the rink side laughing, clapping hands. So, just thought this might be the scene
