I just recalled Yuzu once said that ballade no. 1 is a piece of pure piano melody with no plot, which caused difficulty in interpretation. I am not sure if he had watched the movie "the pianist", in the movie the music is played as a main theme, and we can feel a lot of emotions and I think it may help as he is very good at obtaining experience from images .
