Merry Christmas! I wish all the members of this group ones good health, peace and infinite blessings. You can accomplish all your goals. That prosperity and love to multiply in their lives. Never stop believing in the potential that exists within you. You can. You are capable. I was going through a very difficult time in my life when I joined this group today and I am very ... very happy to have taken this decision and have the privilege of sharing this great collection of our favorite skater. Thank you all for links and information. Stay with the peace of God. Amen!

Yuzu wanted you to do your best today and stay healthy. That the blessings of God and all the positive energies be upon you. Yuzu go! Ganbatte! We are praying and cheering for you.

Yuzuru is healthier now, much better than before. He has gained 3 kgs (if that Japanese newspaper was right about his data) that means much more muscle mass on his body. And that's good because these muscles will protect him better.
He knows his health is the most important vehicle to maintain the good results, he is clever he knows that.

“I need to pay attention to my physical condition too,” Hanyu pointed out. “The extremely hard training after Skate Canada and what I achieved at the NHK Trophy made me realize that the body is everything.“In order to always be able to perform the best I can, despite I may face negative factors like pressure, if my body is on the positive side, I can manage to deliver,” he said. “Therefore, for now, the first thing I should do is to take care of my body and make sure I have control of my physical condition.”---- remember this and have faith in kid :hpull:

Oh men, trying to decide whether I should read live-updates during tonight competition or try to catch the stream (which is not live, but might go live once the big guns came on ice). Anyone else decided?:scratch2:

According to this tweet, judging by the draw order and the start time of men's SP, Hanyu-san should start his program around 20:03pm Japanese time. Men competition starts at 17:25pm but TV starts broadcasting at 18:30. They might go live starting 4th group.

Merry Christmas everyone!:ghug:

A laughed a lot when Yuzu stood up and down time and time again because he didn't know when to get up and pull out his number
Merry Christmas to everyone, and of course, I hope Yuzu does well tomorrow/today in the SP.

Well, I don't remember the 2011-2012 season, but wasn't the rest of the years because of lack of training time? And then he overworked himself to make up for the lost time and injured himself.
He got the flu after 4 CC 2013 and suspended training, then pushed himself and sprained his ankle. After Sochi, his schedule got packed and limited his training time for Worlds, and he injured himself. And last season, after the surgery, he wanted to add the 3rd quad and also had limited time so he got injured again.

He has always had more health problems in the 2nd half of the season than the first half. Why is he always more unhealthy in the 2nd half than in the 1st half of the season, even when he is generally healthy in that season, e.g. 2013-2014? Why did he have flu after 4CC in 2013? I think he only went back to Japan for 3 days before returning to Canada. I don't think he lost a lot of training time for Worlds. Last season, the surgery was more serious than the collision. Is it just coincidence that he has always had some health problems in the 2nd half of the season that resulted in loss of training time and thus led to injury by over-training?It doesn't happen in the 1st half of the season. He seemed more prone to health problems in the 2nd half than in the 1st half of the season for whatever reason. Maybe his body is more tired in the 2nd half of the season.

Merry Christmas and happy holiday to everyone.
