From what I understand :
- First on Jan. 31 TBS will be airing the first show (01/16) (at least the performances listed here. Not sure if everyone is on the list. )
- Then on Feb. 6, a "complete version" will be aired, which seems to mean the 01/16 show (same as 01/31) + interviews of skaters + Yuzuru's Final Time Traveler performed on Jan. 17 (+ his 4Lo etc.) because they have received a lot of requests. Full program here.

Your understanding is correct. The performance of 01/16 + many interviews + backstage scenes; other skaters including Plushenko seeing Yuzuru's performance + different angles of Yuzuru's performance, some in slow motion + the performance of 01/17. But they say this is the schedule as of Jan. 22, and there might be some change.
I read a tweet to encourage other fans to request TBS to show the FTT of 01/17 as it was so great. I was a bit doubtful because I thought the program had been already edited, but I was totally wrong. Great fans
Well, guys I just spent 2 (or was it 3 ?) hours editing Dvorak's music and put it on Yuzuru's Ballade SP. It's uploading on youtube right now but I need to go to bed so I'll post it here tomorrow
