Dang I hope Hanyu's interviews that are going to be aired aren't as self-demolishing as Gracie's. I have to say, Gracie's interview made me realize again that as disappointed as the fans are because of the results, the skaters are probably infinitely times worse on themselves.

Dang I hope Hanyu's interviews that are going to be aired aren't as self-demolishing as Gracie's. I have to say, Gracie's interview made me realize again that as disappointed as the fans are because of the results, the skaters are probably infinitely times worse on themselves.

I guess we will hear the word 'regret' for 1000 times or something strong but that's fine. He even said his disappointing result is a shame to Team Orser (something similar) after SP in COC 2014 but later he just moved on. I wonder if he still remembers what he said.

He said something quite dramatic from time to time imo, sometimes just make me laugh...

Frankly I don't think there's much to worry about. After all Yuzu also did a poor FS and gotten silver at 2015 Worlds. He came back this season, increased the BV in SP to a two-quad programme, achieved 4 world records, mesmerized all his fans.

So what will it be for 2016-2017. Quad loop is in the books, 4 quad FS, StSq4 and stay away from THAT skater.

Sorry that I didnt read all the pages before, I had to work and to sleep a lot, I was down and out yesterday.
Sorry to say, this statement of Meoimas friend - for me I agree. My figure skating teacher said it nearly in the same words already two years before, I didnt want to believe her. She is admiring Hanyu for his jumps and said: Hopefully he will not burn out, he is too good.

Its not about jump technique - its the mental state he was in that his body couldn' t jump.
Yuzuru himself about his problems at FS ( I recall it only in German, try to translate):Before FS I was calm. But my body and mental state were not in harmony, I couldnt reach this harmony today.
For shure he will work on that.

I feel even with my tiny litte 2 S: When I want it in a special way ( kind of too much) its not perfect, I rotate but I sway at landing. I have to say to my body: Please give it to me perfect. I = my ego has to release the control from begin of jump entry. Sometimes my ego watches my body jumping. Crazily difficult : To have control but to let go.
Maybe Hanyu ment this kind of thing with the evenweight of body and mind.

The last part of Swan Lake when both the swan and prince died is quite dramatic although I think Swan Lake should not be skated for at least 25 years after Johnny's costume with one hand disguised as a swan's head.

Wowww, I don't really expect so much love from her to Yuzu... I thought she's not quite eager to recognize Hanyu's Olympic gold (I get her point though) but she certainly becomes the lovely Russian mama to Yuzu. I am really touched... Happy tears :sad4:

This is why I admire Yuzu too, I saw him getting better and better then changing people view, stealing the hearts or at least recognition from them. It's just amazing.

I believe he can do the level 4 for step sequence if he gets the feel of that portion of music and choreography. But I am still a bit not sure to a 4Lo in program as it's new. I am exciting and being a worrying auntie at the same time. I am split...

But yeah of coz I want to see that
