Because of that interview David gave and Yuzu coming at him for a quick hug/handshake at Worlds 2016?

No , somehow I felt it even before that :)) you know maybe this time DW choreo will work better for him, He has matured, Stamina is better too. Actually DW has some Great choreos , Dai Garden of souls for example .

Hahaha. If he's going to do a war-horse I'd much rather him do some crazy Russian Choreography.
Go all the way.

Or, he can do an obscure musical piece again. -I'd like that much better.

i wonder what would happen if he skated one of the soundtracks of his own movie, promote himself as an actor at the same time  and wonder what would commentators say about it

Or: because Javi won with David's choreo!;)

the kid is superstitous :)))) maybe because DW choreo was lucky he won OGM and WC

Umm, then David's choreo must have been his lucky ticket for an Oly season and he might come with his routine earlier than that. Testing? If it fits him better now? And if not- coming back with SLB or try somebody else for an Oly?
I must say though that the choreo SLB did for Seimei is fantastic. I have never seen a program which had so much personality and Yuzu presence in it than Seimei had. So- SLB- great job! I hope you get to work again in future!

Yeah, bad girl. Isn't he pretty enough to play Christine too?:dev3:

On a serious note, I think she had in mind certain ideals and expectations of judges and fans/the general audience who would not approve the idea but would throw money for manly image only. So he had to compromise, maybe.

Yeah, I know that. And I still love his POTO. I don't really like musicals in figure skating but his POTO was too damn good.:agree2:

Guys I just woke up and thought there was big news because the thread moved many pages

The-thread-that-never-sleep

.....we are doing shift work, it just gets handover from Asia to Europe & MiddleEast & Africa to Americas to Oceania and the cycle continues :laugh2:

Maybe it is just me, but he seems to click more with shae? And I remembered an interview where he said (or shae said) he was comfortable in saying what was comfortable and not comfortable for him in the choreo when working with her, as well as stressing how he wished the choreo must be in sync and fit the music? And personal opinion here : I do feel that shae's choreo (regardless of the execution) were more in sync with the beat and highlight of the music (I lovelovelove the original stsq of seimei, despite the level). Not saying that DW's wasn't, just that for me hers felt more "on point" (not sure how to explain this). Or maybe this could also be because yuzuru was more involved in music choice and he could be more opened/gave his own insight in the choreography.
Lastly, I think he will most likely change both his SP and FP, (correct me if I am wrong, but i think in one of his post-WC intvw, he said that) since this is probably the best season to be "experimental" and then if things don't work out this season everyone can just go back to what they are comfortable with in the oly season
Either way, best of luck to yuzuru! He has grown so much since pre-sochi, so I guess any choreographer he would work with, he will still deliver breathtaking performances :)
