Yes, by Rena Moriguchi in the facebook fangroup - since it's in the comment sections and hence not really easy to link (yet), I hope it's OK to copy-paste it here
(if not I'll edit my post)

ETA : and there's also the translation of team japan interview : https://www.facebook.com/groups/1610393525875114/permalink/1891850161062781/

:cheer: Gambatte Yuzu!!!! :cheer:

I'm emotional...

This is the first season that I watched him closely from start to end, and felt like it was one hell of a roller coaster ride.
So many turmoils and felt like Yuzu himself struggled a lot this season.
There's not a single skate of him this year where I was not on my edge (I guess it's a different sensation than last season when he practically owned everyone left and right in the first half and struggled during World).
It felt like yesterday you read people speculating the chance of Yuzu ended up getting Bronze or even worse... off the podium (*insert collective gasp, the horror!!*), especially after the SP in 4CC and World.

But reading this makes you realize, he achieved damn a lot this season after all. *ugly sobbing from me :sad46:*
That WTT gold is such a pleasant bonus (I mean let's get real, who would have thought Japan would win gold, we really owe the ladies )
So this is probably his best season since 2013/14.

To end this, just wanna say,

CONGRATULATIONS, YUZURU HANYU!!!!

FOR EVERY BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS YOU SPILLED IS WORTH ALL THESE FASCINATING ACHIEVEMENTS...

To an even better Olympic season, yaaaasss!!!!

100% agree

WTT team gold was the cherry on top of the cake. I didn't believe my eyes at first when I saw the results table. Team Japan is just awesome! :clapper: And such a good start for Olympic season!

Yes, it was a roller coaster ride, as I guess it always had been. But these deep emotions he awakens in his fans are the reason why we love him so much.

Thank you! :hap10:

He is also first Japanese two-time World champion!

I'm sure he has a lawyer (or maybe even a team of lawyers) specialisted in civil law/contractual law (I'm not sure how these called in Japanese law), without their specific knowledge and experience, his legal commitments would be way too difficult to handle. I'm also sure JSF hires lawyers specialised in Canadian civil law too when it comes to his contracts in Canada.

Yeah, that's most probably the case. I can imagine it must be difficult keeping track of all his commitments, schedules, getting his personal accounts managed, organizing his training needs, and even negotiating all the contracts he has. He does probably have a personal lawyer/assistant, with probably a lot of involvement by his mom or someone similarly close to him.

I mean, I find it difficult to manage my own life  I can't imagine what it must be like for him.

Brian mentioned that he had people around him for this kind of things, I think.

ETA : sorry, wrong quote...

Yes, I only meant the legal administration but apart from that, there are surely other assistants, accountants etc., too, and all supervised by his mother. :)

:cheer: Gambatte Yuzu!!!! :cheer:[/SIZE]

I feel as if it was happened in distant past... yes, this season was like a roller coaster. When GPF was over, I couldn't imagine that he would plan 5-6 quads program.
Even Brian said his students didn't need new quads. Everything has changed since US Nationals :drama:

Anyway, Omedetou & Otukare sama, Yuzu! I'm really happy that you are healthy :hopelessness:
Please have a good rest, keep your health, don't get injured!

ルマンド、もう食べてもいい...よ...ね...?

I noticed that Yuzuru's Wikipedia article needs a bit of a clean-up... Some record breaking achievements are mentioned several times unnecessarily, the jump naming style is inconsistent throughout and a lot of recently added information lacks citations. In general, needs editing.

I might end up doing it, since it's the end of the season. (so busy tho... what is he doing to my time management :hopelessness:) In general, I plan to look through the Yuzu wiki articles in the languages I know so that I could update them and brush them up during the summer holidays. It's important that they are good quality for the Olympic season when a lot of outsiders might take interest in skating and wikipedia is the first place they go to for info.

Very good idea.
I'll update his page in my language too, it's just embarassing how empty it is now.

Has Yuzuru ever been to All That Skate?

(I'm happy I'm not the only who thought Marian dragulescu and javier could be brothers! They really look similar)

I just wanted to pop in to say how thankful and happy I am that his season has ended on such a good note! It was challenging, but he and his team was able to gather valuable lessons to build strategies for PC. I thank every god in the world that he's been injury-free for this long!! The memory of his H&L performance in Helsinki will never fade in me (yes, I was there).

I can't go back the thread all the way but is there already a translation of yesterday's "Houdou Station Sunday"? If not, I hope there will soon be one. He was amazing. As if he's been doing talk shows his whole life. His brain can rotate as fast as his quads! Just mind-boggling to see how smart and well-spoken this young man was! I think every Japanese who was watching the program must be totally impressed with him. There are really few Japanese who are that good at public speaking. He's a natural talent. I'm so proud of him!! I also like the fact that he's tall enough not to look too tiny standing next to other people (Shuzo-san excluded, of course) in the studio, which is often the case with male skaters.

Hi everyone, I am finally discharged from hospital today. Finally I have wifi! :drama:
Can you image they don't give patients wifi at National Hospital? :laugh2: Yes it makes sense, we are there to rest after all. But it's hella boring.

Thank you so much for all the updates. I hope you guys will have a good season off.

Personally I don't count WTT as a competition, just a big gala to me. So I pretty much don't count the seriousness of it. Nevertheless, it's great to see Yuzuru having fun with all the skaters. :luv17:

I am glad you guys are having fun too. As this might be the first FS season for many of you.

The ice shows will start soon. I think Yuzuru will do several ice shows this summer. He will use this opportunity to get used to his new programs (and new layouts) I think.

I guess Yuzuru will be back to Canada soon to get choreography. In fact, I only hope for that news.
