There's a new podcast from Jackie Wong: https://twitter.com/rockerskating/status/793785385331650560 Is there anyone who listens- could you please let us know if there was anything new about Yuzu? (He says he talks about him). Thanks in advance!

Mostly are their opinions or news we already know.
Around the minute 9, Lynn Rutherford said she talked to Brian and he said that B. wants Yuzuru at his best at worlds, but Y. doesn't back off. In her opinion Y. is very emotional towards the quad loop, she uses adjectives like beloved (But wasn't here a recent interview in which he said it was just another quad? ) and he is committed to perform it. She said he hears the footsteps of the younger skaters. Then Jackie said Y. last season pretty much demonstrated that if he goes clean he is unbeatable. She was a little less definitive, something like very difficult, but that there was competion between Y. and Javier, and with Patrick if he can get the 4Sal out in the short and the long.
I'll update if I hear more.

It's polish stream. They are streaming some free programs online+other on TV from every competition this season

Did they say something interesting?
Thank you.

Nothing special . They talk that maybe he wants to move his top form to World Championship because last season he was dominatin GP's but lost Worlds and they mention that 1A was intentional jump and looked great

Well, at least he left this event with a gold
What surprises me though is that designer gave gold to Yuzu's SP costume that was not inspired by Johnny as author claims. Don't designers research this stuff before saying something like that? Very amateur from him.

Yeah. For the exhibition? I get it. But not this one.

He said the same for the spaniards ( in dance? or was it pairs), who got silver. I wouldn't take his words literally

He isn't claiming he was inspired by Johnny. He said
but because he went full-Weir for his short program, dressing himself up like a fairy princess version of John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever

Full-Weir refers to style here. Johnny was always flamboyant; out there, stylish, extravagant. It's a language thing that's probably a bit confusing.

I still don't understand why people are so surprised by his form right now. It's his usual beginning of the season since he joined seniors :scratch2:
