I’m going to look for the names of the commentators and I might change some eventual small errors that might be there. Also I hope I’m not “over-explaining”, making it a bit annoying – it is just difficult to know how well everything comes across, a bit is lost when just reading so I’m trying to capture a bit of the subtext that a Swedish speaker would "hear".
I hope you will all enjoy it, at least it is something to read waiting for the next competition
MC – (video starts in the middle of MC talking) “…December, one of the younger, you can see that he is ranked 7th after the short program. (He) makes his World Championship debut of course in this context, as you can guess. He has been to two World Junior Championships, he was 12th there in -09 and then he won in 2010. Something sensational happened there (TN: Pretty sure the guy is referring to his sensational quick rise in rankings, it is clear that he means that it is impressive). And (he) is still though, you would argue a bit of a surprise, young as he is and still so high up (TN: in the rankings/this competition)”
FC – But he has made fine results during the autumn season as well, in these Grand Prix competitions, so yes surely he is someone to be reckoned with/(“counted in” literally)

FC – And it was no hesitation going in, it was at full speed from the beginning of the program
MC – 8 men now out of the 17 competitors that have executed quadruples, and one has done two, Reynolds from Canada.

FC – It is so great to see that there are not-so-long build-ups/run-ups. There are steps and then jumps directly following

MC – (kinda interrupts a bit) The most difficult is the steps(?) before…which makes it all that much harder

FC – No!
MC – Oh…And then he does a “Victoria Helgesson in Los Angeles World Championship” - falls during the step sequence
FC – No actually, he didn’t fall during the step sequence it was in/during…
(She stops talking as Yuzuru throws himself into his 3A-3T)
FC – (gasps/makes impressed noise, TN: there’s quite a lot of non-translatable noises)…It was directly afterwards, so the step sequence he will get complete credit for
MC – He does? That was lucky then
FC – Though still he will get a -1 deduction, it doesn’t matter where you fall, if it is in one of the elements or in…transitions (TN: which she says in English – apparently we don’t have a word for it #smallcountryissmall #I’monlyusinghastagssemiironically)
MC – No, true, but it is much more serious if you fall during a step sequence for example?
FC – Yes, absolutely
MC – So you mean he was precisely done there, yes? (rhetorical question, affirming the fact)

Gotta say, shame that the video doesn’t show when he receives his score. I’m quite curious to what the commentators would say as a sum up of the skate. They seemed quite impressed, I also really liked the female commentator, a commentator who brings up transitions wins a lot of favour from me.

According to Liu's partner, Wang, they were both in the changing room in Shanghai. Yuzu was just done with his performance and was all drenched, so he asked Liu for help getting out of his costume. Fans on weibo all clamoring for details
