Some of us, including me, are trying to join the YFAC (Yuzuru Face Avatar Club) so we are very motivated to get our post count up.

You'd need to wear something big and loose to be able to appreciate the patterns. Not really a skating costume.
But the patterns are fantastic, you're right about that!

Lol, yes, it IS a matter of taste.

You and your sister evidently belong to my and my Mom's school of costume perception: bizarre=good, understated=bad. I loved the boobskirt too, although my top 2 are Etude and Requiem. Though, it must be said, LGC lavender costume of supreme tightness is so over the top that it's a very close 3rd.



I think NDP costume would have been amazing if it got rid of the cross. The cros made it all look like too much, but I liked the color, the way the costume went down asymetrically onto one leg, the flowing collar, and I loved the assymetrical gloves, and the string detail on one hand.

I think this is what Yuzuru's H&L costume lacks: a bit of assymetry, a bit of crazy. (and the colors clash horribly). But hey, my mom likes it.

we love Hana Ni Nare so much and Requiem too. but the Swan topped the Requiem due to the deep V back.

I thought H&L one lacks something as well, but it was so beautiful when I saw it at 4CC, especially under the spotlight. I have a mix feeling about it.

I just love Yuzu in LGC white costume, he looked so innocent. the purple one is sinful for me, i just looked at the places I shouldn't pay attention to, so I have mix feeling about it again.

About NDP, I don't like the cross, same with you. other than that, I love Yuzu in Pink (my fav colour).

But I have to admit, my no. 1 would be the boobskirt. I know my taste is very unusual. I just found the design so good and the reign stones were so beautifully and strategically attached. and it made Yuzu looked like a Prince, so dreamy.

Hana ni Nare is gorgeous, one of my favorite costumes of him.

So far my top 5:
1.Chopin (both version)
2. Seimei
3. Hana ni Nare
4. RJ 1
5. Etude

Wow this is probably exactly the same as mine except for hana ni nare. I like simpler costume more

You're probably right, but I'm sure something gorgeous could be done with a modern, tight cut.

Someone back right after 4CC sounded sceptical we can hit 4000 at the Worlds... well, I say we're every bit as crazy as our boy. Though admittedly our type of craziness is far easier to execute!

YH Not getting positive GOE on the sit spin is a humiliation to me. As is written in the rule book, movements that clearly match the music is a plus. The higher the quality, the better the evaluation. Because the spin is really fast, I had to work bit by bit to fit all the moves to the music. In my mind, that's when Prince is yelling, so I didn’t accent the beat. It felt weird initially, but once the moves all came together, it fit surprisingly well

For example, even if I were to do the 4A, two 3A’s would still be an absolute must.

The kind of club where you responds to pretty fanart, pretty photos of yuzu, BLANK POSTS, and every other overwhelming thing on this fan fest with arm flails and/or the gratuitous non-words of "ajsdfklsdlfs" "kyaaaa" "aaaccckkk". They're kind of expressive and gets the point across most of the time.
