Since he’ll do GP season, he will if everything goes right.
regarding 4CC since it’s California, maybe he will since it’s much closer than the previous years. We’ll have to wait after next season Nationals for that decision.

I'm pretty sure he won't because there is no 4CC in Canada next year. It's in Anaheim, California for 2019. We'll see if he competes but I personally hope so since it's convenient for me to travel there.
I’m hoping this as well. However, his history of attending 4CC isn’t that great. In the 8 years he’s been a Senior he’s only attended three times.
I’m thinking of attending this event or SC next season. I’m trying to determine if Yuzuru will attend the latter, which is impossible to know of course, until after the season has started.
4CC would be best for me as it’s in the U.S., and being that it’s in Anaheim which is nowhere from L.A. I could make a short vacation out of it i.e. attend 4CC and do some sightseeing in L.A.

He didn't attend 4CC mainly because of injuries. Am I right?

While I was sleeping, the list of proposals to ISU Congress had been revealed. (https://www.isu.org/communications/17037-isu-communication-2156/file) I will need long time to read this, I wish I could read them in my language 
I wonder if Yuzuru will read these proposals, maybe he will read only after the new rules are set. (since too many English to read )

Quoting Brian "With Yuzu, you never know". I think a lot of those proposals are ridiculous but I am sure Yuzuru won't have too many problems with adjusting to them.

Happy May. Last month was full of Yuzu news and appearances. In May, we have the Ciontu complete broadcasts on the 10th, 11th and 13th. As well as Fantasy on Ice at the end of the month.
