I hope they announce the date of the parade soon so I can make travel plans. If it falls on my spring break, that would be superb.

Yes. We always bet something in case Yuzu loses. So we have something nice to fall back on. Otherwise I go around the house, looking miserable and am no fun to be with at all for a few days.

Left Sendai and am back in Tokyo. Before I left I had visited the monuments for Yuzuru and Shizuka at the International Center Station, it says 2014 gold medalists so maybe they’ll have to update it soon 
. I also visited the tourist center again to make a train reservation and noticed someone had placed his poster in front of the desk and a fake (yet quite heavy) gold medal next to it!

His performance at Worlds 2017 was THE most beautiful skate and has the WR. I love Hope and Legacy. --But I can't choose between it and SEIMEI.

With Yuzu, even his worst skate is pretty good.
I guess Hope and Legacy is better to me because he plays too serious of a character in Seimei.

I agree with SEIMEI being the better program, but that costume comment :roll5: He was like a woodland fairy
On Hope and Legacy vs Seimei, this is my personal opinion but I like Seimei's program choreography a lot more - but that skate in Helsinki for Hope and Legacy was better than any of his clean Seimei performances by a mile. Everything was just utterly effortless and natural to the point without force. I might also be a bit biased as I got to see Hope and Legacy live, but I have a hard time imagining a skate better than that from anyone, the only other program that equals it in performance is probably Chopin.
So choreography: Seimei >>> Hope and Legacy. Performances Hope and Legacy >> Seimei. That's just my take, and I love both.

When I first heard that I thought did they warn Yuzu that he'd be answering in English? ...to which the answer is clearly nope. Poor baby.
