Reading about the floadings in Japan, hoping everyone is ok

Unfortunately the situation seems to turn to be severe than I thought, about 45 people lost their lives so far and there are probably more but have not been reported yet. And the earthquake hit Kanto area which was kind of big (but smaller than the one in Kobe), this time I felt it.

This country never rest. (and where is Yuzuru...he may be still in Japan.)

Sorry to read about it, sounds bad, hopefully the people stranded for the floating gets rescue soon;I read the ice show DoI was stopped because of the earthquake. My thoughts are with the people on Japan.

I really think Yuzuru must be on his way to Toronto now

It floods every year, but this one seems worse than the others. All the way up to the house roofs!

That sounds horrible :( Reminds me of the flood we had in Thailand back in 2011... I hope the flood in Japan wouldn’t escalate to that same scale. I pray for the safety of those that are still missing

I wish everyone in Japan to be safe and sound during the flood :ghug:

Also wishing the best for the kids and the coach, and the rescue workers in Thailand, hopefully we would have good news about the rescue soon

ISU GOE webinar

Yuzu was used as example for 2 positive bullets of jump element. Very good length/height and creative entry.
Seriously: they could've used that 3A as an example for all six bullets and an undeniable +5 GOE execution

#Sidenote: Yuzu's LGC or Javi's Malaguena step sequence were more creative/memorable than most of the examples in that clip. Boyang's Spiderman StSq, too. In my opinion.

Today, we have "Heroes & Future" broadcast on BS Asahi from 1 pm :yay:

Yes!!!!!

(I have had to buy a special separate hard drive since discovering Yuzu and FS, you know, just for all the shows and videos...)

Thank you :ghug:

While I’m happy to see Yuzuru featured in there, I’m not quite sure I’m a fan of the ISU using active skaters as examples or not :slink:
