Because Yuzuru is Yuzuru. Although he’s saying “I’m released from pressure” right now, after a few months, he might just go back to how he was.
He is someone who constantly aims upward.

Honestly, Yuzu could have been chill because he accomplished his goal.
BUT even if he did, as a 2x OGM he has pride. In his book probably, no 2X OGM is gonna skate badly at any competition.
Which is kinda bad news for his competitors, because as of date if Yuzu skates clean (that is his standard of well/good), they better give it all they got.
As the British uncle said in PC after Chopin, his competitors better do all the tricks they can.

4A I am excited, is he really gonna land it this season? The most anticipated drama of the FS world continues.

You can sometimes see other skaters doing accidental spread eagles as an exit when they want to save the jump. I don't think you can save a jump by doing a counter ;)
It's a new entry for Yuzuru so it isn't surprising that it isn't so smooth (for his standards) like his previous entries. But it was ACI. His spins usually are smooth but they weren't there. Some of his jumps also weren't that smooth either :P

That's true, his jumps and spins didn't have that power and stability at ACI as they usually have. So, we should wait and see what happens in the GP series.

The difference I see in Yuzu's 4S exits: in Chopin the landing position turned immediately into an outside SE followed by THAT super deep inside SE, which was the real icing on the cake for me. Loved the flow of that exit.
In Otonal there's a small break after the landing, when he drops his arms and the free leg. That makes me feel like: "Okay, guys, practice session is over." ... and suddenly the choreo continues with the counter. Is that intended?

I don't know, how difficult these three turns are, but *gomen* every single turn annoys me:
"Na? Na? Na? C'mon, jump already!!!" :dev2:​
... as if the skater originally planned to jump much earlier but something felt wrong with the take-off, so he had to do some unintentional bonus rounds on the ice first... That's the reason why I've never liked these cascades of turns in any program of any skater... :confused2:
The funny thing is: it works with the melody and rhythm of Otonal and the slow build up in the first half of the program. So... it doesn't bother me, but if I had to chose between the Otonal- and Chopin-entry, my vote would go to the latter.

The poster said to the shop that she wanted to buy the same cake as Yuzuru bought, but they said they didn't have it since it was a special order cake :)
