Alexei is definitely not my favorite skater. But, I think that should be in first place. He has made improvements in his PCS even if he always looks like a hockey player who could tackle you at any moment.

As far as I understand it, Alexei was born in Russia, moved to America and now skates for U.S

Alexei is from Russia, switched and moved to the US about 3 or 4 years ago? Longer? He doesn't have American citizenship yet.
