CBC Grand Prix Final 2014 video

Hi all,

As I mentioned elsewhere on the forum, I am creating CBC videos of the Grand Prix Final 2014 (and possibly going back to other events, like NHK).

The project of uploading CBC coverage of the GPF 2014 is completed with DM quality up to 720p HD.

Yes, many thanks sabinfire for posting those videos - I always enjoy seeing coverage outside the US. I like Kurt's commentary and he seems to know when to shut up and watch the skating.

I enjoyed seeing the English interviews with Liza and Elena, however brief, also Yuzu's. IIRC, they all said they were "very happy." In NBC's coverage, we only got interviews with Ashley and Javier.

Ah yes, you're right, it seems the DM videos have 720p HD as an option now. While the quality is an improvement, they still don't seem to look quite as nice as my Youtube uploads though.

Still working on getting the rest uploaded. Men will be next...

Question:

Do you prefer having the entire segments (for Ladies, Men, etc.) uploaded from beginning to end, including all the CBC footage?

Or would you rather just have edited clips of the Free Skates (by skater), only?

It's actually easier for me to capture entire segments than try to cut & edit out just the Free Skates, I was just curious if people were interested in the extraneous CBC footage.

Making lots of progress tonight, though. I will probably have Men, Pairs, and Ice Dance all uploaded by tomorrow at the latest, to complete the CBC's GPF coverage.
