She's surely over 47 but I'm not sure if she has the min TES from the SP - it's 27, here she got 26 and I don't know if she got 27 before.

In general, the SP min TS seems far more strict to me. They are out of proportion as far as I'm concerned.

They are, I totally agree. And just checked it, she doesn't have min TES for SP, unfortunately IMO it should be lower. It's ridiculous that they made it higher if they decided to make the rules of a program far more strict than they were before.
