2015 Worlds Ladies Short Program March 26

Sorry to ask what is likely a very annoying question, but could anybody provide a link to a live stream for the event that is available to U.S. residents? I was going to subscribe to IceNetwork for the week, but $49.99 is just too much to swallow for one event. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what options there'll be. IN were having a promo yesterday where you could subscribe for $25. The ISU stream is geoblocked and only available to those in countries where the TV rights haven't been sold. Maybe try Hola and the ISU stream?

There are plenty of options. Lots of free/illegal streams (quality/reliability questionable), some may require a little finagling to get around geo-blocking (not exactly rocket science)... isn't CBC live-streaming? They had a good live-stream for Ice Dance last night.

Thanks for the reply, even if it's not what I wanted to hear! Was the promo only valid yesterday? I'd fork over $25...

golden411 posted it in the thread about IN in the Edge forum. :)

I hope you find a solution.

So I'm not tired. But I need to watch the last 2 groups! My plan was to go to sleep early and wake up at 2:30 am to watch the last 2 groups, but now I kinda am feeling, f that, stay up until its done and then sleep for like 3 hours before I need to get up for work.

Probably not a good idea. But unless I get tired partway through I'm going with it! I used to pull all nighters in college on occasion, maybe it won't be so bad...

Not too many minutes until start but I am already sleepy! Go girls! have fun and make no mistake! Go Alaine, go Gaby!

CBC streaming and most of its videos are geoblocked in the U.S. (at least for me in the U.S.).

But fingers crossed that other streams will work in the U.S.... we have been lucky in the past.

I hope Liza doesn't risk 3A.

I don't know what to think anymore. It's like I'm running for a seat in the US Congress because I was for it before I was against it ;) A big part of me thinks now that we (and every judge on that panel) knows that she can land it then if it comes down to a virtual tie between her and someone else they'll tip their hats to the skater that put their best foot forward and laid everything they had on the line. Then again it's ISU judges so....who knows what exactly is going thru their minds.

Hopefully Liza doesn't think about this stuff and just does whatever feels right. Sometimes it really is as simple as going with your gut instinct.

Yes, I'm sure many links to streams will appear soon. The Russian streams are okay, I was able to access them for Ice Dance without geo-blocking -- if quality isn't too important and Russian commentary isn't an issue, at least. Should be available for ladies, I'd bet.

IN just went from showing a zamboni, to some sort of emergency screen that said Washington-Eurovision, to the generic IN placeholder screen- whaaaa????

Oh, zamboni's back. Phew, that scared me
