This is the 4th (?) time I've seen Michal this season, and he has had yet another disappointing result.
I am really starting to think that there is something about his programmes this season that just doesn't suit him. And I really hope that they work out what it is soon, as it is not that long until Europeans.
(Yes, I know it is nearly 3 months away. But, if you have to re-work your programmes completely, that is really pushing it)

Chris said Nam was sensational.
Whilst he was really good, I thought he was getting tired towards the end.
Nicky agrees with me. But, he went further and said he was "running on empty". Not too sure he was quite at that stage.
Very good score. And justified.
My goodness. I though Adam looked wild yesterday, but that hair really does not go with today's costume!

Further to my comment about the hair and the costume not going together, it would have looked better if he had worn Ringo's costume from the "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" album cover.
Like, if Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier can use the Sgt. Pepper costumes for their SD, what's to stop Adam following suit?!

In short: I ADORE Yuzuru's free skate.
I haven't seen a program with insane tech difficulty including three quads, fast and interesting spin positions, such an intricate steps seq (the pattern resembles Yin/Yang and I don't think it is a coincidence) and with a moving interpretation. His SS are much improved and his TR are very difficult. I don't think we will see a program like this soon.

Now we should all pray that he will be healthy and get enough stamina to skate it cleanly by the end of the season.

After Patrick's performance, all I can say is that if he and Yuzu are going to be like this, it is going to be an exciting season!
Oh! In all the excitement about Patrick, I forgot that Dice was still to come!:

Yeah, that's exactly the problem. I would be glad if he had taken the third quad out, but he won't do this. Why? It's Yuzuru.

Yeah. Poor Murakami.
Unless Shoma bombs the rest of the season or gets injured before worlds. That's the only way I could see the Japanese Federation sending Murakami instead.

Agree about the excitement! Last year I definitely looked forward to the Women's events more, but I think this season the Men are gonna win me back

Wow Dice! I would have him closer to Yuzu. I liked Yuzu's program better but Dice performed his better. Together with a better short he probably should have been ahead of Yuzu. I completely understand his not-too-happy face at the score. But if he takes the silver at NHK he could still make GPF! I hope he will!

Yeah, that's right. And Shoma has a beautiful FS this season.
I hope they'll get the 3 spots back soon

Don't even put that into the universe, please. If I don't get to see Shoma live I may cry. Still, it isn't going to be a foregone conclusion with Dice skating so well.
