Did anyone else think his stance during the death spiral was less than ideal? I'm not a pairs expert by any means...

It looked good to me...

• The had a great transition into the death spiral;
• Bruno planted his toe-pick and did almost 3 full revolutions in a fully seated position (i.e. the thigh of his 'pivoting/toe pick' leg was parallel to the ice).
  • Minimum of 1 revolution is required.
  • Doing 2 or 3 complete revolutions in the required position counts towards higher levels.
• Ideally, the man should be leaning back slightly and appear to almost be 'sitting down' on the heel of his pivoting/toe-picked foot.
  • Bruno was leaning a bit forward, so maybe that's what is giving you the feeling that his position was less than ideal?
  • But, as long as the thigh is parallel to the ice, then I believe it is considered the correct position.

They really borked one of the edits in that Bjork song, when they couldn't even keep the tempo right. A slightly subdued performance, too, despite Mira and Sev's bright costumes and the crazy warhorse of a song.
