I have found that Eurosport Player is 35 seconds behind British Eurosport on Astra 28.2E, which in turn is behind Eurosport Deutschland on 19.2E (haven't measured it recently, but it is something similar).

So, I dread to think how far behind the illegal streams are!

Incidentally, when watching sportbox for the first 4 groups, I found the scores were coming up on the results page long before they came up on screen.
