If he has ever seen this thread or has an occasional check in I hope it's to see how many different countries his fans are from or during a nice conversation about how we believe in him or ideas for program music... like post-worlds SP or something...
Not just when we are talking about his butt XD

if you are out there yuzu....we appreciate your hard work to gain muscle. That is all :)

I'm not so sure, I mean he is wearing those pants... you can't tell me he doesn't know what he looks like in them :p

/signed a fan who 100% thought of Yuzu as an adorable little baby to adopt and cuddle and feed, until LGC happened... :laugh2:

I have just returned from rewatching Worlds SP. Honestly he can't blame us for discussing some...body parts.

Yep, that's why the song is called Notte Stellata and not The Swan :P

Ah ok, I misunderstood you I think. You see Yuzu skating a love song under a starry night while I see him as a swan gliding on a lake :)

I was watching that Maya Plisetskaya video you linked and I have an off topic question: Was she known for having really long arms? I confess the movements of her arms and the background really made it seem like she had really loooong and boneless arms. It got kind of weird for me. Sorry!

Yes she was known for her long and flexible limbs :)

Actually i have a story! A swan prince that fell in love, but since he was a swan he couldn't say anything to the object of his devotion, until one day he was able to turn into a human yet he couldn't talk so he had to communicate using his body, which is why some of his movements are still very swan like :) (and he succeeded in conveying his feelings and being loved back, since there is the line "Quanto ti amo ora lo sai" and "Guarda che notte stellata d'amore per noi tu mi ami già.")
I saw it like that since the beginning because of the lyrics. Like i said before, italian and spanish sound very similar, and even if i don't know italian at all, i was able to pick up a lot of the song, so that image stayed :)
Haha guys he may retire next year ☹️how do you feel?

He wears swan costume, so maybe despite the song lyrics the EX is about swan still. I would like to see him skating to the original Saint-Saens music, although I like the "Notte stellata" version.

Yes 4A, I think I would lose it if I never get to see it :hopelessness:. Though in all seriousness I would just miss his beautiful skating even more and just him a lot. Of course he should make the decision that is right for him 23 is so early to retire at though

Let's be positive, just recently at GPF16 he re-affirmed his dream to do 4A and he has landed it. And Yuzuru being Yuzuru, he probably will want to get it into a program now that 4A is actually proven to be physically possible (I mean we have no idea of the possible quality of one though). He also still has 4CC to win

:) Notte Stellata isn't one of my favorites just because he looks gorgeous with that costume. To me, that's the story he's skating to :D

I don't think he will...I think he'll do a season or two after PC to really solidify his title of greatest of all time (second OGM or not) with a few more podiums, maybe 4A, maybe some kind of original move *shrugs*
Retirement after PC is one of his options but it's not the only option he's considering :)

ETA: we'll see what he produces next season program wise but as of right now I think he has more to offer in competitions in terms of memorable, iconic, historical skates that people will look at as the best of figure skating for years to come and...that ideal skate that he's always chasing his always growing in his mind. Every time he does something amazing he wants to add more difficulty and do better XD

And we still have to see that jazz program he says he has wanted to do :P

Yep, he has plans after PC, so the R word doesn't seem like it's something inminent :P

*nodnod* I relaxed a lot about it when he talked about things he wanted to try after PC XD it'd be nice to see him compete for a while without much pressure? After PC it's not like he has anything to prove (I say this believing he will get on podium but mostly believing he will get gold haha)

I can't really help with these - but if anyone would be interested I could translate czech commentaries from worlds 2013-2016 since I don't see them in the spread sheet - though I am not sure if anyone would be interested (and I didn't even see some of them but I don't think they would even be that interesting - so it depends if anyone would want to see them^^)

Hello, it's good idea to translate more Czech commentaries, I plan to do some of them later when I have more time.

Here I created a list of all Czech videos I've found (and havn't been translated yet). I didn't put them into Gladi's trans-requests-sheet yet, beacuse they havn't been uploaded on YT/DM/etc yet.

So, if you (or anybody) want to translate any of them, could you, please, just mark it in my list so we don't work on the same thing concurrently?
Also, if you find other competitions, feel free to add them there, especially OWG, I'm shocked that I can't find it and I'm sure it exists because I remember watching it back then (and falling in love with Yuzuru) :scratch2:

Also, it seems like there are Slovak commentaries (on RTVS2) as well, so if anybody can find those I/we can translate them as well :)

I'm half through translating a Korean commentary of GPF 2015 Seimei. I started it more for studying purposes but I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in it anyway? It will be a very rough and probably inaccurate translation. I would not list it in the spreadsheet but I could post it here anyway granted I still have enough energy to finish it tomorrow... granted there is any interest...

Anyway I need sleep now :bed:
