ugh... i am stuck french cbc.... the english has no commentary which i prefer... and yes... it's alain goldberg VB...he talks non-stop.... he has said a few things that were interesting about the body of skaters changing in ladies... like before, with all the work they did in figures and edges, they had much thicker thighs.... now it's the calves that are getting bigger... but if that's good for some jumps, it's not for the 2a for instance and so on...

he also said that rippon/tano are not so hard for everyone... for some, it's actually easier to jump like that as it propels them up and tightens their air position... so if skaters learn it early, it can be actually easier to rotate with an arm variation....

it's nice that commentators bother telling the truth
