Oh Kevin, you were this close. Great job for Rizzo, though. The other guys helped him but what a comeback. One of the few saving graces of this event.

I'll just focus on Javi. What a career and what a way to go out breaking the record!! And just like Javi he did it in a totally relaxed way with only a couple weeks of training. He will not be forgotten!

Just want to comment how incredible I find Javi's competitive spirit. Yesterday his short I felt was somewhat tense, he didn't go all out with it as we've all seen him do before. But today, he was in it from the get-go. He was so confident I was swept away by the program. The mistakes happened, but he really fought for every point he could. And even then, never lost a tiny bit of the performance. Incredible.

The moment Samarin finished I knew Misha was going to bomb. Two Russian men with a clean long in one competition is statistically improbable this season. :disapp:

Sad for Kolyada, but happy with the results!
