2019 World Championships Mens Short Program

Channels Eurosport Guys: That was a humdinger!

Top drawer stuff!

Cracker of a combo there.

Please let him qualify I'm securely on the Julian Yee train and I want to see his AC/DC

He somehow landed that tilted 3A

If elektra was here she'd hate the music I disagree with this cover and I'm fine with Caruso

And fall

The cutoff for last year's Worlds was 68.13, for the record. I think Julian will make the cut!

I am fascinated by Slavik's shirt. No, not shirt- blouse. Somewhere between the man-boob ruching, the princess sleeves, the moderate deep V, and the popped collar it became a blouse.

A thought just occurred to me... would be it competition kosher to try a 4-4 combo in the SP? Not that a 4-4's even been tried in competition methinks, but imagine...

I'm at work now, trying my best but won't be able to watch everything properly. I'm not too emotionally involved this time (and still buzzing from Pairs), but I want Yuzu to win the thing and my Russian boys and Moris do as good as possible. :clapper:

I hate to say it but it was more interesting than the program, which was Standard Overwrought Opera Aria Program (Male).

Ah I meant Eurovision https://www.eurovisionsports.tv/isu/figure-skating/ the one for countries that don't have figure skating (I'm from Indonesia). Suddenly they don't stream for Worlds :sad21:

Ah, I see. Easy typo to make.

I don't know why, but I thought you were in Romania. Must be getting you mixed up with a Romanian member with a similar username. Sorry about that.

I'd rather let some men try that than the cursed jump-that-shall-not-be-named

The rules only allow the SP combination to have only have at most one quad at the moment, I believe.

I always tend to root for Slavik and his brother, since their Dad has been coaching skaters from Cyprus pretty much since figure skating started on the island.

So, not good seeing him annoyed
