Is a Chanel jacket a good thing?

If it's a vintage one in good shape, yes. They're worth a good deal of money.

It's just vintage Chanel is a very 20s/30s androgynous look. I'm just finding more androgynous looks in skating this year. I think it's very interesting.

The highest 3A analysis are:

Distance: 3.22 meters, Daniel Samohin
Height: 0.64 meter, Slavik Hayrapetyan
Landing(Speed?): 17.9 km/h,
Slavik Hayrapetyan

Hmm, no surprises so far except Fentz scoring low and Yee scoring high.

Will be interesting to see how high Shmuratko, Carrillo, and Maierhofer go.

Lol, he should have found a good waxer. I'll do a men's beard for $30 :agree:

I've always wondered why more men don't wax their faces! Women get their brows and mustaches waxed all the time, not to mention other areas..

Well I was writing on my mobile so it's weird it knows Makarov because I didn't :laugh2:

Good from Daniel, loved the combo!

Larisa Selezneva and Oleg Makarov were Pairs skaters who won Junior Worlds twice, Europeans twice, and the Soviet Championships 8 times (3 Junior and 5 Senior).

You're probably more familiar with their daughter, Ksenia Makarova, who won the Russian Ladies Championships in 2009 and was a regular on the international team until about 5 years ago.

I haven't heard tell of her since, and was wondering about her a few days ago. So, when I saw "Makarov" written, I saw the chance to pounce and ask.

Like Selevko's? I liked his better than Burak's. But I am a sucker for lavender. I just hated that white on him. Not his color!

Her name sounds familiar to me...I feel like she's a coach at Plushy's Academy of all places! But perhaps it's just someone with a similar name? I'm terrible with names.

Well it depends if you want to grow a beard someday...continuous waxing would prevent that!

Also men are wusses as we know :laugh2:

Wow, boys in Goup1 & 2 brought their A games in their own ways!:clap::clap: Pretty much enjoyed. :) Kudos to Sasha Majorov especially. Can advance to Free, can't he? It's gonna be his farewell skate;;;; Good luck to him again on Saturday.

Good luck to the rest of boys! :cheer::cheer::cheer:

He'll be in the free for sure unless some really crazy stuff goes down in Group 3!

This has been pretty decent so far. Very impressed with Litvintsev, a strong debut at worlds and a standing O from the audience, you don’t see that often for a group 2 skater. Glad for Lazukin that he skated well, hopefully he’ll hold his own in the free and good to Samohin deliver a cleanish skate.

I also liked Hallam, hopefully he’ll qualify for the free. Is this really Majorovs last competition?

Yes. Selevko is another one. It's not like everyone's cross dressing, but you're seeing more costumes that have androgynous elements. Or like catsuits and jumpsuits. I think it's a healthy thing. Why shouldn't everyone have more options of what to wear?

And unless you have a darker complexion, white will tend to wash you out. Tricky color to pull off.
