I love the JVN - Evgenia interaction! Two of my worlds are colliding and I LOVE IT. When I saw his show in Baltimore, I was tempted to make an Evgenia sign, but unfortunately I was sitting too far back for him to notice. He gave the runthrough about the drama surrounding the Russian worlds team selection and I was all 
over it . One of the only ones though hahaha. So what I’m saying is that whoever gets a chance to see one of his comedy shows, make a sign and you’ll definitely get his attention!

The combo is only .3 higher but moving the Flip to get the bonus is what would make it worth it IMO... Still .3 lower than 3Lz3T and 1 point lower than 3Lz3Lo. Loop combos are a huge risk in the short though. It'd be a fun but dangerous combo

Loops are also hard on your hips. Flip loop could be amazing but she needs to sort out the forward lean in her flip landing.
I could see a new transition into her 2A like a spread eagle or ina bauer. Also I have never seen her do a split jump that could fun too!

I really hope she got it looked at by a physician and confirmed it's nothing serious. Heartbreaking to see that she was in so much pain, but of course I'm also in awe of her willpower.
Aww too cute! I missed the Shibs and their vlogs this season. Hope they'll post footage from these shows and we get lots of behind the scenes with Zhenya!

i feel....very lucky, very grateful to have been able to watch the growth of this relationship in real time over the course of the year. from the shock of the initial announcement to seeing them at test skates together and thinking to myself, this is good, this will be so good for her. and then things getting more tense over the course of the season, wondering if this was going to work out, being almost secondhand frustrated, and the way they were so clearly both changed after zhenya’s short at nationals. to now!!! there is such a calm, healthy understanding between zhenya, brian and tracy now (at least that’s how it seems to me!) of course there will be ups and downs but all of the downs this season have been so crucial to getting to this moment. the fact that zhenya said herself that now she can look over to the boards and know she is supported....i mean, that’s everything. she is surrounded by so much love on everybody side that silly internet trolls are no match for it anymore.

I must say, I'm happy we're going to get a lot of Zhenya content in the coming weeks, but I do wish she had more time to train during the off season. It seems she won't return to TCC for about a month. That's a long time without training, and in the most valuable month too... I read that Yuzu is already back in Canada. Even when she gets back she has many Canada SOI shows. She won't be able to train regularly until the middle of May? Seems like they didn't plan her schedule in the smartest way, but hopefully it'll all work out.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I love that she‘s so popular and gets a lot of offers for show and of course I love seeing her. But I really wonder when she‘ll have the time to train and work on the new programs. Last year it was so stressful and while it will be different this year, it still seems a very busy schedule. I hope they have a plan and everything will be (almost) ready at the start of the season...

When I was watching Samodurova's FP with TAT's commentaries, Yagudin said that Sonya had done some shows with him before Worlds. He said that she used every possible opportunity to train, apparently she used Mishin's notes and followed them. Maybe, something like this will be with Evgenia's shows. But, of course, it's different, as they need to work on her new programme(s). But I also believe in their team.

Well in Korea Orser is there. And if she keeps Tosca, that would be wonderful.
