Fully agreed. He would be such a good russian skating lady :luv17:
I can think only Yagudin to agree for that.

But I have trouble thinking of anyone who‘d be able to pull that kind of choreo off without looking like a fool.

You are the expert
Perfectly. Sometimes I know what they are going to say....
The haters aren't too complicated. Plushenko has a way of making every pose and movement seem like he is doing something amazing, dramatic and suspensful.
He is like a Dostoevsky novel. He makes you think something incredible has just happened, or is about to happen -- or is happening right now before your very eyes.![]()

Plyushchenko is working on the new program

This is really great, thanks for sharing! Anyone know the music?
I hope it‘s not for Trusova. She said one of her programs will be to slow music and that‘s fine - it will be good for her to challenge herself artistically. I think she’s capable of a lot more than she’s shown so far!
But at any rate: Happy Birthday to Sasha!![]()
Maybe the whole thing was just a birthday serenade for the Star among the angels. But then again, who else's choreography would Plushenko feel the need to perform on Sasha's birthday?

Such a sweet moment when Zhenya clapped her hands after Sasha landed 3lz3loop right in front of her.

Check out also the test skates.https://youtu.be/3YMZbhAA6uE
I was watching this video of Sasha’s and it stroke me how different her flow and movements looked compared to her performance in this competition. The first half mainly. She looks so much better in practice, and maybe the clothes helped. (...) The other big mistake was leaving the step sequence for the faster music cut. That step sequence would have been hard even for very accomplished skaters in skating skills, and it only showed her flaws. I wonder what the program could have looked if they had left the step sequence for the first half, or maybe not even using the faster part of the music. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better her movements seemed in the first half of this video, and I wonder if the dress was the only problem.
I actually found the dress for GOT even less advantageous. The cut was catastrophic. It always looked like Sasha had a bloated belly (which is a shame - she has such a fantastic body shape!). At the end of the season, one was afraid that it would burst at the seams. For me, one of the mistakes of this program was the dress before the revelation, it was hideous and didn’t flatter her at all.

While i agree your examples are good examples of rhythmic knee actions (or musical skating) i wouldn't call them difficult at all, and put them in the category of difficult steps and turns.
I also disagree that higher number of transition is pointless. It can be pointless in regard of being constantly related to every beat of the music, it certanly not pointless to showcase your skating ability.
They are not that difficult in relation of how long the cluster is, or how much time they spent on one foot. Cause this is a Russian ladies skating thread you can see how much time Zagitova spent on one foot comparing to Abbot. You can use the stopwatch too.
