Her skating clearly lags behind, UR issues (not always called by russian judges), poor basics thus tiny skating, level miss/average spins and overall slowness. Sames issues as Tuktamysheva except she doesn't UR.

I really like Frolova. She is a bit underscored ( comparatively) in my opinion. Everything she does is quality.
