This is true. But Galliamov mentioned in one of the interviews (when asked) that they're upping their content nevertheless. His example was that they improved their death spiral this season and brought it up to a consistent level 4.

It goes along with what Chris said on the B Esp commentary, that M/G were "just ticking the boxes, picking up points all over the place." They've refined and polished their elements until it's the quality of everything they do (plus their base value higher than anyone else's) that made them unbeatable this time. I think this added to the surprise that everyone felt over their win. They sneaked up, passed their competitors rather calmly and rounded the corner before people realized it!
I’d even go further in the surprise aspect because people kind of expected B/K and S/H to be battling for gold, and they were, but M/G did basically a clean season competing the most demanding set of programs of the current era. They were more likely than not going to surprise people anyway.
Also, today they really skated like World Champions. I hope they keep this streak.

despite winning worlds the judges doesnt seem to be on board PCS wise with M/G being Russia's new number 1 basing with their score in WTT. We will see when they go head to head with B/K next season who reigns PCS wise.

I don't think M/G are there in terms of PCS yet. They definitely have the better transitions of all teams, they are super into their programs, a lot of the time at least, but I think they're still missing refinement in posture and skating skills, also, a bit more speed. I think in the coming years they're going to evolve and get better component scores. I don't mind the scores they're getting now.

They absolutely did! One of the impressive things at Stockholm was how they went into each element with such confidence. Now they have that added sheen of being World champions. They impress me as being so level-headed, and having their values and goals in the right place -- not thinking results, but thinking about skating their best -- so I look forward to seeing the journey they're going to take us on. And their dedication to presenting their programs and music, and making audiences happy, just adds the icing.

People should go look at their results history. They’ve never been off podiums since they got together in international competitions. They’ve been working for this and they deserve it.

According to a Telegram account (which is usually very reliable), Tarasova/Morozov's move to Eteri is more and more likely. They've been in talks with her: the plan is for Eteri's team to organize everything/help with jumps and choreo, and Eteri has two potential candidates to come in as a pairs specialist.

Off season just begun, and we already have 2 pairs situations going on!
This off season will be all about pairs drama, I have a gut feeling.

Good heavens. Can you imagine what T/M would look like with Dani G choreography? (Shudders)

If Eteri manages to help them with the jumps, I'm all for it. Especially seeing that this could be a potential final season for them, though I could see them going four more years. I'm very curious about how this could work. Eteri might want to branch out a bit, perhaps trying pairs now since her boys haven't really developed that much...

B/K definitely had a good conversation about what happened at worlds prior to the interview. But I like that they were pretty clear and diplomatic in their answer. Whatever happened needs to be discussed by the parts involved, and not the whole of Russia.

I think this could be somewhat beneficial to them in the long run, and maybe spring them to new heights.

I agree, except for the fact that in Russia, there is no such time to mess up and get back up again. The others will surpass you. If you think in terms of technical elements, B/K have nothing that you could not find on at least 5 other teams in Russia, especially now with their inconsistent throws. I hope that they may be able to rebond, as now it is looking very unclear who even will be the ones to make the olympic team.

No. There are no five teams who would score close to what B/K is scoring internationally. In fact, judging by current results, the only teams scoring what they have been scoring were sent to Worlds.
P/K are the closest out of the top3, the rest just isn’t. Especially if you consider the possibility that there might be another international team with the potential to get into the mix.
Other teams might have good technical elements, but to put it all together is a whole different matter.

I don't think TM has anything to loose at this point by going to Eteri.

They clearly lack consistency and confidence. Not sure if Eteri can make them consistent but hopefully enough not to fck up all the time.

Eteri having T/M perform their competition elements at her shows is a good sign.

It's just that it would be a change just before the olympic season. Of course in the current situation it is difficult to split training between Trankov and Zueva as the travels to USA and back are problematic and the last time they need is to lose time because of the travelling restrictions. Though, pairs are a novelty for the Eteri team (not complete novelty, as I reminded earlier, Daniil already did choreos for pairs). But it could be that they would train pair things with Trankov and individual things with Eteri. All in all, the curiosity is on the raise. :)
