The pic with all the seniors. The closer you are to Eteri, the higher in the pecking order you are in. Kamila and Alexandra are the main guns, Anna and Alena are in a similar level. And Daria and Maia are still considered the outsiders.

I was waiting for someone to make an analysis of “favoritism” based on how far they are in distance from Eteri on the photo. 😂
Y’all do not disappoint 😂

Who is the tall guy in the back, by Eteri in the third picture, behind Daniil S. In the second and behind Khromykh in the first picture?

I don't recognize him.

What are your guy’s predictions for the Russian ladies team?

Mine are…
1. Sasha
2. Kamila
3. Maiia

Also what are your guy’s thoughts for Elizabet Tyrsenbaeva returning for the Grand Prix?
This question might be better suited for one of the Grand Prix threads. While she trains under Eteri Tutberidze, Elizabet represents Kazakhstan.

Considering the group photo Sasha doesn't look like gainig back the Tutberidze's trust. She's positioned more than a meter to starboard.
From the other side Tutberidze herself is not located in the exact center.

It reminded me the idea Joseph Stalin implemented within his inner circle. To constantly shuffle his minions and allow tgem to guess who's the current favorite ane who's too close to be eliminated.

😭😭😭

but on the other photo Sasha stands right next to her! What does that mean for our photo analysis?

What are you even talking about? Never mind that the whole thing of where the skaters stand in the picture shows their ”standing” in the group is just dumb , the whole skaters have standing thing in itself is a stupid notion considering the one thing we know of team tut is they treat everyone the same, Sasha is literally next to Eteri. Like?

Really?

So Eteri's probably arranging all the pictures to confuse everybody incl. herself
(If so, she's like my favourite character from MASH, col. Flagg: "I keep myself in a constant state of utter confusion.")

Good point which only proves my observation. The constant shuffling of day-to-day favorites.
Helps to keep everyone on tiptoes. When you alone have 5 contenders for 3 (may be only for 2, if Mishin is influential enough) for the Olympic Team spots.

I predict the local bloodbath will result in the fact not the best to go, but rather the three survivers...

(Kostornaya, Chromikh, Tuktamisheva)
