Just as they count Europeans, they count four continents since the Ijs if my memory is correct only these u.s.women have medal at four continents Katy Taylor, Kimmie Meisnner, Emily Hughes, Caroline Zhang, Mirai Nagasu, Ashley Wagner, Polina Edmunds, Bradie Tennel.
